# Org health checker
Asks each leadership team member 12 standardized questions (clarity of mission, decision velocity, conflict comfort, on-call sustainability, etc.), aggregates the responses, and produces a per-axis heatmap plus three prioritized intervention recommendations. Designed for quarterly use; trends are tracked across runs if you provide the prior export.
